Before you travel

Tourist tax: €1 per person per night from age 6, payable in cash on arrival. It goes to the town of Castelletto Sopra Ticino and is not included in the rate.
Keys and arrival: Samantha hands over the keys in person. Check-in is between 16:00 and 21:00; if you need a different time, just let us know in advance.
ID documents: We need ID for every guest on arrival: it is required by Italian law and the details are filed with the police guest portal.
Cleaning and linen: Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. For stays longer than seven days a linen change is included too.
Young children: Children up to 2 stay free if they sleep in a travel cot, subject to availability. Please ask for one when you book.
